Sportoase's very first project is one to be proud of more than 10 years later: the redevelopment of the Philips site in Leuven. This first public-private partnership (PPP) included the design, construction, financing and operation of a brand new sports and recreation infrastructure. As will become standard at Sportoase, this is a long-term story: the maintenance and operation are assigned to Sportoase for 34 years.
