This residential project consists of 138 apartments, and is the first part to be built within the scope of the ‘4 Fonteinen’ project of Matexi, situated on the former ‘Watersite’ site in Vilvoorde.
All the apartments are designed in a way that there is sunlight coming in during all day, having a double orientation and hence a very high energy efficiency level.
