The site of a former paper factory will be transformed into a strategical project of urban renewal, called Nova Rode. This site of 14 ha is situated in the middle of the town centre of Sint-Genesius-Rode, and lies next to the public park and pond.
Building A is three stories high and encloses 38 apartments and 54 parking places.
Building B consists of 24 apartments.
Building E consists of 10 apartments.
