Les allées vertes is an important mixed-use development located at the entrance of the commune of Bertrange, ten minutes from Luxembourg city centre. The project is facing the popular city concorde shopping centre. At the rear of the development lies an extensive and important protected natural reserve with outstanding views and a variety of local wildlife and greenery.
The development program for Les Allées Vertes is made up of residential areas (approx. 70%), or up to 30.000 m2.
The retail and offices areas are all together about 10.600 m2 or, approx. 30% of the total surface.
