As from 2014, CES started its studies for the E1-E2-F1 residential buildings, as well as for the new primary school. Divided over these three buildings, there are 126 apartments, all meeting the requirements of the Brussels Environmental Decree of 2015, creating passive buildings.
This urban project is part of a bigger eco-quarter in Anderlecht, the west of the Brussels Capital Region.
